[Billing] How to Purchase Unity Version Control On-Prem Seats

Unity now supports purchasing Version Control On-Premises seats as part of the Unity DevOps plan. If you prefer to use your own server instead of the cloud, follow the steps below:

Purchase Steps:

1. Set a Unity Organization
   • Confirm that you have an active Unity Organization.
   • If you do not have one, create a new Organization and add a project.
2. Start to subscribe to a paid Unity DevOps service
   • Make sure you are on a paid Unity DevOps subscription, not a Free Trial.
   • On-Premises seats are not accessible under a Free Trial.
   • 
3. Select a Region
   • During the subscription setup, you will be prompted to select a data center region.
   • This step is required even if you do not intend to use the cloud.
   • The data center region cannot be changed after selection. Please choose carefully.
4. Access On-Premises Seats
   • Once your DevOps subscription is active, you can view and purchase On-Premises seats.
   • Steps:
     1. Go to DevOps 
     2. Click Version Control
     3. Click On-Prem seats
     4. Click Add Seats and adjust it as needed
   • Important! On-Prem seats are priced at $38 per seat per month.
