Symptoms:
- I want to renew my Unity Educator plan.
- I have received an email telling me that my Educator license is about to expire.
- I followed the steps in the email I received to renew my Educator plan, but it hasn't been renewed yet, Why?
Cause:
Unity Educator plans are valid for one year. After which you will need to renew your Educator plan to continue taking advantage of all benefits included.
Resolution:

After one year of access to your Unity Educator plan, you can renew this license as long as you are still an active member of the SheerID platform and your academic email address is still active in the school system.
To renew your Unity Educator plan, follow the same steps you had done in previous years. These steps are outlined on the Unity Educator plan page.
You will also need to re-verify with SheerID (For help with SheerID verification, please contact SheerID directly).
