Along with the report, please attach the below:

A log file recording of what happened.
Open your product, replicate the issue, and send us the "lastSession.log" file and Editor log (in case you use the Pixyz plugin) that can be located as indicated below:
- For Pixyz Studio:
Last Session log:
%APPDATA%/PiXYZStudio
e.g.: C:/Users/[USERNAME]/AppData/Roaming/PiXYZStudio/lastSession.log
- For Pixyz Plugin:
Last Session log:
%APPDATA%/PiXYZ4Plugin/lastSession.log
e.g.: C:/Users/[USERNAME]/AppData/Roaming/PiXYZ4Plugin/lastSession.log
Editor log:
%LOCALAPPDATA%/Unity/Editor/Editor.log
e.g.: C:/Users/[USERNAME]/AppData/Local/Unity/Editor/Editor.log
Note: These kinds of files do not contain any sensitive data.

The 3D model or a sample file on which the issue occurs. This is the most efficient way for us to fix bugs.
Note: If this 3D model or sample file has sensitive data, please share a version of the model without it or a sample model from which we can test and replicate the issue.

It is possible that the bug you discovered has already been reported and that a patch has been deployed. Please ensure you're running the latest version of your Pixyz product.
