If you encounter any bugs when using Pixyz products, please file a ticket to submit a bug report. Along with the report, please attach the below:
A log file recording what happened
Open your product, replicate the issue, and send us the "lastSession.log" file at:
C:/Users/<username>/AppData/Roaming/<Your-Pixyz-product>/(This file does not contain any sensitive data.)
- If possible, please send us the 3D model or a sample file on which the issue occurs. This is the most efficient way for us to fix bugs.
It is possible that the bug you discovered has already been reported and that a patch has been deployed. Please ensure you're running the latest version of your Pixyz product.
