Symptoms:
- I cannot sign in to the Unity Discussion Website.
- I have not changed my Unity account information but I cannot sign in to the Discussion page.
- I keep getting an error message saying "Primary Email Already Taken." when signing in to the Discussion website.
Resolution:
This issue may occur due to duplicate accounts, where the system may have created duplicated Discussions profiles under different email addresses.
To resolve this problem, contact the Unity Customer Experience team with:
- A screenshot of the error message.
- Your Discussions username.
- Any email addresses associated with your Unity account.
- Your public Discussions profile URL.
