Unity Gaming Services and Cloud Content Delivery operates on a meter-billed subscription plan, charging only if usage exceeds the free tier. To cancel, sign in at cloud.unity.com, go to Administration My Products, select Unity Gaming Services or Cloud Content Delivery, choose a cancellation reason, and confirm. Please follow the steps below to cancel your UGS or CCD service:
- Navigate to cloud.unity.com and sign in using your Unity ID credentials.
- Select Administration, then My Products.
- Click the desinated service (Unity Gaming Services or Cloud Content Delivery)
- Select the reason for your cancellation> click Next
- Click Cancel subscription
- After following the above steps, a pop-up will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen confirming that the change was successfully applied.

After cancellation, you will no longer be subscribed to the Unity Gaming Services and Cloud Content Delivery. Some Dashboard features will be disabled pending adding or reactivating the subscription.
