Customers experiencing issues accessing Asset Store invoices can find solutions here. Invoices are sent automatically to the Unity organization's billable owner's email and the organization's email within 24-48 hours post-purchase. Free assets or voucher-acquired assets do not generate invoices. To download invoices, sign in to your Asset Store account, navigate to Order History, and select the invoice number. For purchases over 12 months old, contact Customer Experience with asset details and the purchasing email.
Cause:
| Note: Invoices are not generated or available for free assets or assets acquired via vouchers such as the ones from Humble Bundle. |
- Your Unity organization's billable owner's email address.
- Your Unity organization's email address.
- Sign in with your Unity ID at assetstore.unity.com.
- Click your initials in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Order History (or Organization Orders) from the drop-down menu.
- Click the invoice number next to the asset title to download the PDF.
If you do not remember the exact purchase date or order number, you can locate it more efficiently by following these steps:
- Log in with your Unity ID
- Go to Organization → Asset Management
- Search for the asset and check its purchase date
- Go to Asset Store → My Order History
- Sort by date and find the order matching the purchase date
- Click “View order history” to check the order number and download the invoice
If your purchase was made more than 12 months ago, you may experience issues downloading the invoice. In those cases, contact our Customer Experience team and include the following information so we can help you further:
- The asset's name(s).
- The email address used to purchase the asset.
