Resolution:
SpeedTree is available for purchase for Indie and Pro tier licensing (based on revenue restrictions) on the Unity SpeedTree website.
SpeedTree Indie licensing is limited to users/entities with total annual revenue under $100,000 USD, while SpeedTree Pro licensing is for users/entities with total annual revenue under $1 million USD.
