Symptoms:
- I have a new user who needs a SpeedTree Enterprise license for our project.
- My company's current SpeedTree Enterprise license keys are approaching expiration
- My MAC address has been changed, so my SpeedTree license isn't working.
Resolution:
To receive a new/renewed SpeedTree Enterprise license, please contact our Customer Experience team via this form including the information below.:
- Company name or invoice number
- Project name
- For Node-Locked Licenses, include:

- Static MAC address for each workstation needing SpeedTree access
- Static MAC address for each workstation needing SpeedTree access

- For Floating Licenses, include:

- Number of concurrent seats required
- Hostname of the license server machine
- Static MAC address of the server machine
- Whether the server is virtual or physical

Once we receive all the information, we will review the request and update you accordingly. After submitting a ticket, you will receive a confirmation of the ticket submission including the ETA.
