You may have purchased an asset from the Asset Store but are having trouble with the setup or technical issues with the package itself and need to contact the publisher for support.
In some cases, the asset may not be what you were expecting, and you need to contact the asset owner (publisher) to request a refund.
You can find the publisher's contact details by selecting the Publisher Info tab on the asset's page on the store, or by navigating to the publisher's profile page by clicking the publisher name shown below the asset name.
In addition to their email address, you can also find the publisher's website and social media links here. Publisher's websites often have an additional way to get in contact, such as a contact form.
If the publisher does not respond within 14 days of your email, contact Customer Service with a screenshot of the email you have sent and we will look into your request.
