The Unity AI free trial lasts 14 days with no cancellation option during the trial. To avoid charges, users must turn off auto-renewal before the trial ends; otherwise, it converts to a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-billing but auto-renewal can be disabled anytime, ending the subscription after the current period. Instructions to disable auto-renewal are provided via the Unity cloud portal.
Unity AI Trial Subscription
The Unity AI free trial is available for 14 days at no cost. Since it is a free trial, there is no option to cancel it before the trial period ends.
If auto-renewal is turned off, the trial will automatically end on the expiration date, and no charges will be applied.
Important: If you do not want to continue with a paid subscription after the trial period, please turn off auto-renewal before your trial expires. Otherwise, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Unity AI Paid Subscription
In accordance with the subscription terms, paid Unity AI subscriptions cannot be canceled during an active billing period.
Depending on whether you have a monthly or annual subscription, you can turn off auto-renewal at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will automatically expire afterward.

How to turn off Unity AI auto-renewal
- Log in to cloud.unity.com with your Unity credentials
- Go to Administration
- Go to My Products

Click Unity AI subscription

Click Edit
- Select the reason and click Disable Auto Renewal
