If a Unity AI credit bundle purchase fails to proceed, the most likely cause is the absence of an active Unity AI subscription for the designated organization. Please ensure a subscription or a Trial is initiated before attempting a purchase.
Symptoms
When attempting to purchase an additional AI credit bundle, the transaction is not going forward at the checkout stage and displays the following error message:

Resolution
Unity AI One-Time Credit Bundles are available for purchase only if you have an active Unity AI subscription for the designated organization. Always verify the correct organization is selected before proceeding with a purchase.

Starting a Unity AI subscription or Trial immediately grants 1,000 credits/month. Please use these credits first before purchasing additional bundle credits. If you require more credits beyond the initial allocation, additional One-Time Credit Bundles are available for purchase.
Note: For users with Unity Pro, Unity Enterprise, or Unity Industry licenses, additional bundle purchases can be made at any time within the organization that holds the Unity Pro, Unity Enterprise, or Unity Industry license.
Additionally, Unity AI One-Time Credit Bundles are NOT available for Japan customers due to the Japanese law restrictions.
