Symptoms:
- I am a Unity Industrial Collection subscriber and I want to know how the deprecation of Unity Industrial Collection affects me.
Cause:
Unity deprecated Unity Industrial Collection (UIC) and launched its successor, Unity Industry, on April 3, 2023.
Resolution:
Existing customers have until October 2, 2023 (six months) to either renew for another 12 months or add additional 12-month seats to their existing subscriptions.
On October 3, 2023, no subscriptions for the Unity Industrial Collection (UIC) can be purchased or renewed.
Existing subscriptions and subscriptions renewed or added during the six-month grace period will be supported until your contract terms end, with the exception of SystemGraph & SensorSDK packages.
Current users of System Graph or SensorSDK have until April 4, 2024, to identify an alternative solution.
