If your voucher is a continuous mix of letters and numbers, follow the steps below to redeem:
  1. Log in to the Unity Asset Store at https://assetstore.unity.com/
  2. Find the asset for which you have a voucher in the store.
  3. Add the asset to your cart, or click Buy Now.
  4. On the checkout page, enter your voucher into the coupon code box.
  5. Click Apply and ensure your cart total changes to $0.
  6. Input your billing information as usual, and click Pay now to complete the transaction.

My voucher is a mixture of letters, numbers, and dashes (example: ASV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)

If your voucher is a mixture of letters, numbers, and dashes, please follow the steps below to redeem:
  1. Log in to the Unity Asset Store at https://assetstore.unity.com/
  2. In the top right corner of the screen, click your user icon > Redeem Voucher from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the voucher code into the box and click Redeem Voucher Code.
  4. The asset appears under the My Assets section of your account.

If you have redeemed an Asset Store Credits voucher using a link emailed to you from the Unity Sales Team, the credit is added to your selected organization. You are free to use this to make asset purchases up to the voucher's value. Vouchers cannot be used for partial payment on transactions.
