Important Note: Subscription numbers only apply to Unity, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise licenses located on cloud.unity.com. If you can't see your subscription there, please click here. |
Resolution:
Please follow the steps below to locate your subscription number.
- Navigate to cloud.unity.com and sign in using your Unity ID credentials.
-
Using the left-hand menu, select Administration.
-
Select Subscriptions.
-
Click on the name of the Unity subscription you want to manage.
Your subscription number is displayed under the Overview section.
If you cannot find your subscription, first, ensure that you are viewing the correct organization by using the org switcher in the top right corner of the dashboard. If your subscription still does not appear, it could be an indication that you are not an Owner or Manager in this organization and you will need to ask the Owner or Manager for this number.

Follow the steps below to confirm your organization name:
- Navigate to id.unity.com and sign in using your Unity ID credentials.
-
Using the left-hand menu, select Organizations.
- To see the subscriptions, click on the organization name and then on Subscriptions & Services.
if you are unsure about the organization linked to your subscription, you need to review each organization to confirm. |
