Symptoms:
- One of our employees will move to a subsidiary company due to an internal transfer. Can they stay on as members of the organization?
- If the management structure of the organization changes, does the organization to which the Unity subscription is tied necessarily have to change as well?
- An employee transfers to the parent company/subsidiary company; can they keep their Unity Pro/Industry allocation?
Cause:
When a member of the current organization transfers to a parent company or subsidiary, they may ask whether they can keep their subscription allocation as a member of the organization or if it needs to be canceled.
Resolution:
Unity subscriptions remain under the control of the user. Therefore, you are free to keep or cancel your allocation as needed. Please refer to the support page below for information on how to add members, de-allocate, and change owners.
