Revised Subscription Model
With the cancellation of the Runtime Fee, Unity is reverting to its existing seat-based subscription model.
Unity Personal
- Cost: Free
- Changes: Revenue and funding ceiling doubled from $100,000 to $200,000 USD, with the release of Unity 6.
- The "Made with Unity" splash screen will become optional for Unity Personal games created with Unity 6, which will launch later this year.
Unity Pro and Unity Enterprise
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Changes Unity Pro: An 8% subscription price increase to $2,200 USD annually per seat. Required for customers with more than $200,000 USD in total annual revenue and funding.
Changes Unity Enterprise: A 25% subscription price increase. Required for customers with more than $25 million USD in total annual revenue and funding. A minimum subscription requirement may apply.
