To upgrade via the Unity Cloud Dashboard, log in at cloud.unity.com, go to Manage organization, select My Products, and choose the subscription to upgrade. Click Upgrade next to Payment plan, select a Unity Industry payment plan, review prorated credit, and proceed to checkout. Confirm the order and finalize by refreshing the screen to see the updated Unity Industry license. All seats must be upgraded simultaneously; partial upgrades are not supported. Contact Customer Experience for errors.
Steps to Upgrade via Unity Cloud Dashboard

Log in to your Unity Cloud Dashboard(cloud.unity.com).
From the Home screen, select Manage organization.
Select My Products and the subscription you want to upgrade.
Select Upgrade to the right of the Payment plan section.
Choose your preferred Unity Industry payment plan. Review the prorated credit if applicable. Note: If your current subscription is prepaid, you cannot switch to a paid monthly subscription.
Click Continue to checkout.
Check your order review and payment information, confirm the terms and conditions, then click Confirm Order.
Once the order is confirmed, you will see the Order Confirmed page. You may now close the tab.
To finalize, click License or refresh the screen. Your Unity Industry license will now appear on the subscription page.
