Symptoms:
- I have been given a subscription voucher and don't know how to redeem it.
- I need help finding where to enter my product code on the Unity store.
Cause:
Subscription vouchers and product codes are often obtained as part of a promotion, marketing campaign, or competition prize or are provided directly by Unity.
These work differently from discount or promotional codes, which are applied to the Unity Store at checkout. As such, they must be redeemed within your Unity ID rather than at checkout on the store page, where you typically purchase a subscription or product.
Resolution:
Follow these steps to redeem a subscription voucher/product code:

- Navigate to id.unity.com and sign in using your account credentials.
- Select Redeem a product code under the My Account heading to the left.
3. Enter your product code/subscription voucher into the box and click Redeem a product code.
Click on the product you're redeeming.
- Select the Organization to which you want the subscription attached. (You cannot select an Organization with the same subscription).
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click Confirm.
The subscription or product has now been added to the Organization selected.
