Symptoms:
- I want to add a VAT number to my Unity DevOps subscription.
- I want to add a recipient to my invoice.
- I want to change the email address, name, or 'Bill To' and 'Ship To' details.
Cause:
Currently, there is no feature available for users to edit or add billing information on the Unity Cloud dashboard.
Resolution:
| Note: Information updates are only available for future invoices. For security purposes, we are unable to update invoices that have already been generated. |
To update your billing information for your Unity DevOps subscription, contact the Customer Experience team with the following information:
- VAT number
- Email address
- Name
- 'Bill To' and 'Ship To' address
