Unity Cloud dashboard now allows customers to assign different payment methods to multiple subscriptions, a feature available only at cloud.unity.com. Users can manage this by logging in, navigating to Administration Payment methods, selecting a payment method, assigning it to subscriptions, and confirming the changes. ✨️
Cause:
An organization can hold several Unity subscriptions, and you may want each one paid by a different card or PayPal account.
Resolution:
- Login at cloud.unity.com
- In the menu, select Administration, then Payment methods.
- Find the payment method you want to assign.
- Select the three dots to its right, then select Assign to subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want that payment method to pay for.
- Select Confirm. The updated payment methods page appears.
