Unity's billing system generates invoices for pay-as-you-go usage regardless of amount, and all invoices must be paid to keep accounts accurate and services uninterrupted. Payments are usually charged automatically, but users can check payment status on the Unity Cloud Dashboard under Administration Transactions. If a payment fails, updating the payment method triggers a retry. For unresolved invoices, contact the Customer Experience team with the invoice number. ✨️
