To use technical support with your Starter Success plan, you need both a Unity Pro license seat and a Starter Success seat assigned to your Unity account.
While waiting for the system setup to complete, please ensure both seats are assigned to your Unity account:
- Unity Pro license seat
- Starter Success seat
Once the system setup is complete, you'll see the 'Engine Support' option in the support service dropdown menu when you submit a support ticket on Unity Support.
