- The system does not recognise my email address.
We all occasionally have made mistakes during the creation of an online account.
Sometimes, the misspelling of 'gmail' as 'email' is far more common than you might think. This means that we cannot send out your confirmation email, which prevents you from being able to confirm your account and use Unity.
Please contact Customer Service and we will be able to correct your email address for you. You will need to provide your Unity username, in order for us to track down your account without the correct email.
If you do not remember your username, the best thing to do is to create a new account with the correct email address and an alternative username.
