Symptoms:

Cause:
Any Unity news, product updates, promotions, and upcoming events are communicated to our community through email, depending on their email preferences.
News and updates will often be featured on the Unity Blog and other Unity platforms, including social media. You can also be notified directly via email if you prefer.
Resolution:
To update your email preferences, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to https://cloud.unity.com/account/account-settings and sign in using your Unity credentials if prompted.
- Scroll down the page to the Marketing Activities section.
- Click the pencil icon to the right of Marketing activities preferences.
- Select or de-select the email notifications as appropriate. There is also an option to receive all or unsubscribe from all.
- Confirm the changes by clicking the Save your preferences button
| Note: If you choose to uncheck all options and opt out of receiving these types of emails, you will still receive essential transactional emails related to your account. These include notifications about password or account access, purchase confirmations, and subscription-related messages. These emails are mandatory and cannot be opted out of. |
