Symptoms:
- I want to close the case/ticket I submitted to Unity.
- I already solved my case by myself and no longer require assistance.
Resolution:
If you have resolved your issue independently and no longer need support, you can easily close your submitted tickets through the Unity support portal by following these steps:
- Sign in to support.unity.com with your Unity ID.
- Select the profile icon (
) > select My activities.
- Select the case or ticket you wish to close.
- Click Mark as solved.
- Your case is closed.
Note: If you do not see the "Mark as Solved" button, ensure you are signed into the support portal. If you are signed in and still unable to close the case, please contact the Customer Experience team for further assistance.
