Symptoms:
- I want to close the case/ticket I submitted to Unity.
- I already solved my case by myself and no longer require assistance.
Resolution:
If you have resolved your issue independently and no longer need support, you can easily close your submitted tickets/cases through the Unity support portal by following these steps:
- Sign in to support.unity.com with your Unity ID
- Go to the My activities located at the top right of the page
- Select the case or ticket you wish to close
- Click the Mark as solved button
- Your case will now be closed
Note: If you do not see the "Mark as Solved" button, please ensure you are signed into the support portal. If you are signed in and still unable to close the case, please contact the Customer Experience team for further assistance.
