Losing access to the email address associated with your Unity account may occur due to various reasons, such as changing email providers, forgetting credentials, or security issues. Since email is the primary method for account verification and communication, it is essential to update the email address linked to your Unity account to maintain access.

If you've lost access to the email address linked to your Unity account, please contact our Customer Experience team.
1. Required Information for Inquiry
To ensure a smooth recovery process, please include the following details in your request:
Reason for losing email access: (e.g., Job change/resignation, email service termination, graduation, etc.)
New email address to be registered: (Note: The new email must not be linked to an existing Unity account.)
2. Identity Verification
For security purposes, you must provide one piece of Private Information and one piece of Public Information from the lists below.
Examples of private information include:
- Name your Unity organization. (Please note that a default organization is created when a Unity account is set up. Please send us the name of this or any other organization that you are part of.)
- Name of a recent Asset Store purchase.
- Recent invoice or order number.
- Name of one of your Unity Cloud projects.
Examples of public information include:
- Telephone number currently associated with your Unity ID account.
- Unity Username. (Please note that this is not your email address.)
- Physical postal address.
