    I'm sorry to hear that you are receiving an error when trying to download the latest version of the editor.

    In this instance, we will require more details on the error that is happening as it occurs. Can you please reach out to support@unity3d.com and provide us with a step by step process of what is happening with accompanying screenshots? 

    This way we can investigate further.

    Hi, I had this problem today,

    I want to setup my Payout Profile via Unity ID. When I try to click the menu, the system tell me to activate my TFA for my account, and I starting to setup my account.

    After Setup my phone number (Indonesia +62) and ask the system to send the code, I never receive any code on my phone. My laptop and mobile had a good connection during that time. I try 10x to request the code but I never receive the code until I looking at this page. 

    Is there any issue with TFA in Indonesia provider? I except delay information but after waiting for about 1 hour I never receive any message on my phone about the code
