Cause:
To start using Unity software, you first need to create a Unity account. Once created, you may download and start using Unity, the Asset Store, and other related products and services.
Resolution:
To create a Unity account, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Unity website (https://unity.com/).
- Click on Create a Unity ID. (Create account)
- You can create an account with Unity directly via your email or through third-party sign-in options such as Google.
- Please enter your details, including your email address, full name, and password.
- If prompted, please complete the CAPTCHA by following the on-screen instructions.
- Once you have done so, click Sign up.
- After clicking "Sign Up," you will see the email confirmation page. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click on the link to verify your account. Once verified, click Continue to complete the process.
After completing the above steps, you are redirected to cloud.unity.com, where you can sign in using your newly created account credentials.
