Symptoms:
- I noticed unfamiliar login activity and want to verify if my account has been accessed by someone else.
- I received an email alert about a login from a new device or location that I don’t recognize.
- I’m seeing unexpected changes or activity in my projects or account settings.
- I am unable to access my account and suspect it may have been compromised.
- I recently used a public or shared device and want to ensure no unauthorized access occurred afterward.
Cause:
I’m concerned that my Unity account may have been compromised, and I want to review detailed login information to ensure security.
Resolution:
To check your recent login activity on your Unity account, follow these steps:
- Go to the cloud.unity.com page.
- Click the Unity ID icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Select “Account” from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the “Security” tab. Here, you can check your security history and access additional information.
If you notice any suspicious activity or believe your account may have been compromised, we strongly recommend:
- Changing your password immediately
- Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security
